Contracted into Apple's AI Solutions team to prototype a Vision Pro app for neurosurgeons. Tested in live procedure. Now extending to cardiovascular surgery.

The problem
Where it started.
Neurosurgeons walk into the OR carrying disparate data — MRI imagery, X-rays, EMR records, vitals — across systems that don't talk. Pre-op review means switching screens, mental-stitching the data, and building a surgical plan in their head. Eight years of college and 2–5 years of residency to do that. The cost of any error is not financial.
The build
What we shipped.
Built a Vision Pro application that pulls MRI, X-ray, EMR data, and surgical history into a single immersive view. Surgeons walk around the model, scrub through the patient's history in space, and finalize their approach before the patient is on the table. Native AR + AI summarization, designed for the prep stage of a three-stage surgical workflow.
The result
What it did.
Tested in a live neurosurgical procedure. Resounding feedback from operating surgeons. Apple has since contracted us to extend the platform to cardiovascular surgery. The longer arc — using spatial AI to compress surgical training time — is now on the roadmap.
