The problem
Where it started.
Venroy makes some of the cleanest premium basics in the market — the kind of brand whose product is its marketing. The existing site didn't read that way. Slow, generic templates, broken between the DTC storefront and the wholesale order tool, and a coming LA flagship that needed a digital story that matched the physical one. Brand-equity left on the table at every touchpoint.
The build
What we shipped.
Rebuilt the storefront on a headless commerce stack with a custom design system that took its cues from the product itself — quiet, considered, unhurried. Bridged the wholesale order portal so retailers and DTC ran on a single product source of truth. Built the flagship's digital layer (appointment booking, in-store inventory peek, click-and-collect) as part of the same platform, not a bolt-on.
The result
What it did.
Site speed and conversion both came up materially. Wholesale ops stopped shipping the wrong size. The LA flagship opened with a digital experience that didn't fight the brand — and the team ships content updates without engineering tickets.
